Recently purchased 2025 G 70 for my daughter. Dealership, and every one there, went above and beyond my expeditions of a car dealership. Brady did an excellent job dealing with me on the purchase sight unseen vie e mail and phone calls. Time we arrived, everything had all been taken care of and ready to go. The dealership went out of their way to make my daughter's first car purchase amazing! I was impressed with the facility and the experience they provided along with the manager Don, taking the time to see that every and all of my daughter's needs were met. Definitely and highly recommend Genesis of Milwaukee!!! More

Booked an appointment to test drive a gv70 and received a confirmation for a morning test drive at around 9:15 ….when I got there they told me they had no gv70’s for me to test drive! Why did I go to the tr confirmation for a morning test drive at around 9:15 ….when I got there they told me they had no gv70’s for me to test drive! Why did I go to the trouble to make an appointment and why did they confirm it? Complete waste of my morning and they acted like “ so what”. No apology, no nothing….never going back here. More

I could not recommend their service dept. more highly. I just got a new G70 and for some unknown reason one of the tires was an older tire that didn't match the factory tires and the wheel ha more highly. I just got a new G70 and for some unknown reason one of the tires was an older tire that didn't match the factory tires and the wheel had some curb rash scrapes. Since it was new and they could not get the previous Michelin model that was on the car, they replaced all four tires as well as had the wheel damage repaired! I was very pleasantly surprised, I give them my highest recommendation. Their staff is very friendly and professional as well. Looking forward to 3 years of top notch service. More
