Normally great service but this time I had to call and request that the part be ordered twice, since there was no record of me ordering the part the first time -- someone fell down on the job -- then when request that the part be ordered twice, since there was no record of me ordering the part the first time -- someone fell down on the job -- then when I went to pay the $200 I was quoted I was told that there was a mistake because the part was actually $400 but he said he did the best to get the number down -- so it ended up $235. Plus the procedure took two hours, which seems waaay longer than it should have. More
