Lack of communication made it difficult Our biggest issue was communication. We were given a timeline of when it would be completed and it got pushed back several times and many of those we Our biggest issue was communication. We were given a timeline of when it would be completed and it got pushed back several times and many of those weren’t communicated to us. I do understand going through insurance does increase waiting as they need to approve and all that but we got our vehicle back 8 days after they said it would be ready. When you have a rental vehicle partially covered by insurance it is a much larger expense for us. I found myself calling quite a bit just to get an update. Also when we got the car back there was still glass shards in the cup holders and front storage area which seem like fairly common areas to check before giving the car back. Also got the car back with almost zero fuel (less than a mile until it would have died on the road.) I obviously don’t expect them to gas it up but maybe like a gallon because if I wouldn’t have noticed and hopped on the freeway we would have been in trouble. We also received an email about a recall on the vehicle and were told they fixed it (we asked them to at least) but still am not sure where on the paperwork it references the recall was done. The fix overall seems very good so I can’t say it was all bad and car is back to 100%. More

Nothing but issues I had trouble making the appointment,. I called to make an appointment over the phone. I had to book out so far out because they are opened limited ho I had trouble making the appointment,. I called to make an appointment over the phone. I had to book out so far out because they are opened limited hours on Saturday. I arrived to get my service, only to be told that my appointment had been moved to a mid day Monday a week and a half later. I was told they had no room for me that day. Service person seem uninterested to assist. I spoke to the service manager later that week. He was very accommodating and apologized. Made time for me to take my car in that weekend. I picked up my car and realized that the brake light, I had requested to be changed, and was fixed. Called the service manager again, he again could not provide any reasons but did offer to have it fixed asap. The manager was very nice but there is no point of his accommodations if the work keeps getting done wrong. More

buyer Dade was good to work with. My only complaint was that it took four hours from the time we made the deal to drive away. Not sure why it took so long. Dade was good to work with. We sat around waiting for the financial guy to get to us and this was a cash deal. By that time we were tired hungry and not interested in hearing about all of the add ons that he was trying to sell.
