Oil Change When we bought our Hyundai Elantra we were immediately warned by the F&I guy that their famous 100,000 mile warranty did not cover a number of things, When we bought our Hyundai Elantra we were immediately warned by the F&I guy that their famous 100,000 mile warranty did not cover a number of things, and that the computer in the dashboard was especially vulnerable. However, we were offered the chance to purchase an additional warranty for only $2600, which not only covered the likely issues we would experience with the computer, but also cover years of regular maintenance, such as oil changes. Well, the computer is still working fine, and we have had five oil changes so far for our $2600. The staff at the service department is wonderful, and we always receive top notch attention. The car is always cleaned up when we get it back, and the wait is minimal. They have great popcorn in the waiting room, a good selection of magazines and the cashier is always friendly. There is also always a reminder, with a package of cookies, that someday we might get a survey, and to please let them know if anything was not perfect. Oil change and tire rotation Made an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Took me in on time and out in a hour. Very pleasant staff and clean waiting area. Only issue I have is that I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. I’ve been to other Hyundai dealerships in different parts of the country and no appointment needed an in and out in 1/2 hour.
