Dan Clikeman is a computer wizard and keeps my car "up to date" when I have programming issues. However, I am not happy with the almost cold reception you receive when you drive into their service area. The same holds true for their Chevrolet/body shop. On the last three occasions, I have been the second car in line when I drive in. The car ahead of me is empty and basically parked. On each occasion there have been people sitting at all but one of the desks. Everyone is either on the phone or working at their computer. No one looks up. No one asks why I am there. Last week one person said she would be right over, then picked up her telephone and proceeded to place another call. After sitting in my car for a while, and having a call of nature, I got out of the vehicle, leaving it parked in the reception line and went to the lounge. Still no one came out so I picked up the paper and had a cup of coffee. Finally a person came out to find me and we got on with the business at hand. It never fails to amaze me how a well run business, always spending money on advertising in an attempt to lure customers, would allow a human being to sit or stand in line waiting for someone to ask their reason for being there to just continue to be ignored while the telephones or computer screens are fully staffed. You cannot blame that on the Chinese! More

This dealership is always professional courteous and friendly. For some reason I didn’t appear on schedule tho I thought for sure it was the correct date.
