Their Palisade was very highly consumer and safety rated, so that's why we checked them out. Even on the busy day, the staff took time to walk through details of what made their vehicles so competitive, and ensure that we had all of our questions answered. I also thought they were very good at listening to what was important to us and look for a solution, rather than just trying to talk us into something we weren't as interested in.
