I have only one complaint about purchasing my new vehicle. I had to pay a "Market Adjustment" above the cars MSRP. To me this is car dealers taking advantage of the current car buying market. However, after a lot of investigation, all car dealers of any Make or model are adding on this extra fee. I have found dealers that would have charged more than I paid, and to Boucher's credit, I was told well before the sale that this would happen, and the vehicle I wanted has very limited, or almost no, availability. I have had Boucher looking for this car for 3 months. I have no other complaint about the purchase process once the car was available. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car, and reviewed all of the features with me prior to my driving the car. She covered every item that i was concerned about, and would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a Hyundai, or Genesis. More

As usual I had excellent service brought my car in for routine service with a few questions Service writer Jean Sommers told me she would advise me via phone as to my questions. I have been a long time customer purchased new cars and had all our service done at Boucher Hyundai even for our non Hyundai cars… however, now feel that over the last year or so the service department’s c had all our service done at Boucher Hyundai even for our non Hyundai cars… however, now feel that over the last year or so the service department’s customer service has gone down hill. I feel they used to always go above and beyond and now seems like they do the bare minimum and sometimes less than that. (Back story: when I brought it in for my last oil change and to have the service team check the parking break out; then to determine what kind of appointment to schedule. They had determined the issue was indeed with the parking break, they heard the noise, I re-enacted the issue and I scheduled the closest appointment which was 6 weeks out). 6 weeks go by with the issue still happening and finally my appointment day arrives. I left my car there all day from 5am until 3:30pm.Then I get a call the car is ready to pick up…… and they said they DON’T know what’s wrong with it and that was the end of that. No suggestions. No follow up. Nothing. More
