I arrived 5 minutes early and parked in front of half open service door. I know multiple people saw me but not one person acknowledged my presence. I finally beeped after my appointment time and they open service door. I know multiple people saw me but not one person acknowledged my presence. I finally beeped after my appointment time and they finally let me in. My service agent was not at his desk so someone else started the process. I clearly stated to NOT wash my car. When I picked up my keys the receptionist did not tell me if any work was completed so I am still not sure if the warranty work was completed. She gave me my keys and I went to look for my car. It was not in front or on the sides. No one asked me if I needed help so I walked to the service desk and my car was in the back. He brought it to the front and it was washed- which I didn’t want done as my husband just detailed the car. I do not believe that the person that brought my car around cleaned his handprints off the interior which during the pandemic should have been completed. I won’t come back for service and will not buy another car from Boucher. More
