Darlene from sales, as always, was amazing to work with! This is our 2nd deal with her. She is super knowledgeable on the vehicles and just gives you what you’re looking for. The finance department was short staffed, causing us to not sign paperwork on Saturday after waiting 5 hours, which was frustrating. We left with the car on a “test drive” contract and returned on Tuesday to sign. Again, they were short staffed and we had to wait an hour past our scheduled appointment to sign papers. This hadn’t been our experience before, and everyone involved was very apologetic and appreciative of our patience. Otherwise, the approval process for financing was easy, straight forward, and quick. We got the payment we were comfortable with and had no “surprises” when we signed the deal. More
