I went to the Honda Dealership and had a bad experience and went to the Toyota Dealership and walked all around the showroom, all around outside and not one Person asked Me if I needed any help 🥺 Yep the Kona was ment to be and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! My old car died and Darleen offered Me to take a dealers car home to drive until I make a decision!!!! Who does that OMG!!! The experience was better then I could of asked for, I know if I need anything I the future they will be there for Me. More

I posted a review of my experience in the past but never received a follow-up. I'm incredibly disappointed with the customer I received during my last visit. I scheduled an appointment, showed up 10 mins early, and was told to stay in my car for over 20 something minutes as I watched four cars pull in ahead of me with no explanation. I felt overlooked and took for granted. This delay forces me to be late for work, and I never received any apologies for the inconvenience. After the long wait, I ask if the plan was still to give me a free car wash, and I was told, "Not today." I'm starting to regret my decision with buying this car. More
