I've been coming to Boucher Hyundai for years and have been very happy with the service. However, this time I was extremely disturbed by many staff not wearing isolation masks. This included service writers (not mine) fact to face with customers, mechanics walking through public areas, and sales/office staff. If someone doesn't want to wear a mask that's their business. But to expose your customers shows the lack of respect you have for us. By the way, every other customer I saw was wearing a mask. More

It's been a long time since I initially bought my new car, and I'm still waiting on my roof rails that were promised with the purchase. Just a oil change and a tire rotation, was in and out in very little time, At the same time they replace the engine air filter. Worst used car dealership! Stay away. NEVER told vehicle had no warranty left because it was originally titled in Canada. That would have been nice to know. Paint on hood bubbled and had them fix before we had no warranty left because it was originally titled in Canada. That would have been nice to know. Paint on hood bubbled and had them fix before we took ownership. Bubbles came back in less than 6 months. Took almost a month to get vehicle back because they ordered and painted the wrong hood. And when they finally got the right hood in and painted, the paint job on hood was terrible! We also took vehicle to another body shop to look at the spider cracks that had formed on the bumper and found out it was in an accident prior. No mention of that on Carfax and dealership did nothing so repairs came out of our pocket. And on top of all this, Luke Whiting, the person who we dealt with, does not like to call people back. Endless wasted time waiting for a return phone call. Communication was absolutely horrible! More
