Although we were there for 3 hours there seemed to be a way they figured away to streamline the finance paperwork or I should say tablet work. But for me I thought that that my sales persons time could be better spent with us, showing us all the new features of our new vehicle instead of mounting our transferred license plates & going all around the new vehicle pulling all the tags off installing the car mats and whatever else she did while we were sitting at her desk waiting. That all being said our sales person Fawn was fabulous. I just saw too many people standing around doing nothing when maybe they could of been pitching in. The showing of all the features, although overwhelming was not only necessary it made me feel that I was really getting my moneys worth in the vehicle I just purchased. She kept repeating that we could call her or make an appointment any time to go over anything that she went over or anything we didn't quite understand. We purchased a new Kona for my wife, I already own a 2015 Santa Fe, and I actually learned a few features on my vehicle that I wasn't aware of. Fawn is very very knowledgeable about these vehicles. I will definitely be giving Fawn a call for our next vehicle in our family More
