I worked with Haley and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer any questions I had. My car was being serviced for a minor leak after Derek the sales manager sent my car to a Denver auto body shop for a scratch repair due to his emplo My car was being serviced for a minor leak after Derek the sales manager sent my car to a Denver auto body shop for a scratch repair due to his employee the day I purchased the vehicle. 4 days later after dropping my vehicle off, Danielle updated me they received trace powder & would further let me know about any other updates. I picked my car up from Rob the foreman's residential home @ 10 p.m. & accumulated 70 miles. I spoke to Danielle about why the car would be taken home without my permission when it was supposed to be serviced. Her response was she didn’t do anything illegal, she is new & Rob left the dealer at 7:30 pm & 70 miles was a lie. However, the foreman who serviced my car said there was supposed to be authorization I never once gave them permission or was even notified when I spoke to Danielle the same day. BETH the general manager of this lot then tells me the Foreman took my car to an acupuncture doctor's appointment and then home to his personal residence & that's where the mileage accord. WHAT DOCTORS OFFICE IS OPEN AT 7:30 pm? Not once did the general manager find any remorse in this situation she was rude while speaking to me took her an entire day to reach after picking up the vehicle from the residence. More

Terrible service department. Good luck getting your car serviced. They will ghost you. Go get an Audi or Lexus you'll save a lot of time and headache. No valet service available. my purchase was great and after that horrible! I was sold that this would be a concierge service for 3 yrs. I am patient, I understand covid, but all that is over and I now not only cannot get a p I was sold that this would be a concierge service for 3 yrs. I am patient, I understand covid, but all that is over and I now not only cannot get a prompt reply, they will not even supply a shuttle for service! a $20 dollar one-time lyft credit is not a concierge service. I hate that I feel I have to fight for something that was sold to me. This is my third Genesis, I do like the car but won't do this again. More
My experience with Genesis of Littleton was unbelievable. My wife and I visited early in December to look at a used GV80. We were met by Hailey who told us it was out on a test drive. She was talking to other colleagues and seemed bothered we wanted more info. So we just left. A few days later, I get a text from Hailey stating there was a GV80 with the options and colors my wife liked, and would we like to reserve it. I said yes and asked what needed to be done to reserve. Hailey told me they needed a photo id,credit card and a completed financing application. I told Hailey we were going to pay cash, and not finance. The response was they required all buyers to finance for at least six months. I told her I would not do that, and she responded it was required. Told her no, and thought that was the end of it. A few days later she texts and asks if I am sure I do not want to reserve the vehicle. Again told her not if I had to finance. I get yet another test asking if I was really sure I did not want to reserve the vehicle. Gave her the same response. A few days pass, and I get a text telling me they have a GV70 with the 2.5 engine and black interior. Tell her we were looking for a GV80, the 3.5 engine and anything but black. Also told her I was not buying from them if I had to finance. On the morning of 12/20, I get a text that they have several GV80s coming in. Hailey states if I buy the Colorado package (whatever that is), and a service contract, the would ALLOW me to pay cash (caps are my emphasis). I tell her I am not buying a service contract on a vehicle with a five year warranty. Her response was that is what they require, and perhaps they are not the dealership for me. Now, I have not contacted them since my first interaction where I told them I would not finance. The condescending texts continued - they were going to allow me to pay cash, but not now. Reminded her that she continues to send me unsolicited texts. Final jab was they can turn away any business they like. You can see the text exchange on my Google review. I sent a letter to the manager who responding he was sorry IF she was not polite or professional. I reminded him that we were treated with utmost courtesy at any other dealership we visited. If you still want to buy here, I suggest you look at the Google reviews for their service center. They have a 1.3/5.0 rating. More

I love my 2021 GV80 but wish I had chosen a different dealership to purchase it from. Salesman, Brandon West, made the buying process pleasant but the service department is, to be kind, a tremendous disa dealership to purchase it from. They refused to honor the valet service promised to me because the service radius was reduced from 50 to 15 miles AFTER I purchased the car and never informed me. I asked to be grandfathered in and they refuse. They weren’t even nice or apologetic about it. I had to file a formal complaint with Genesis to even get them to respond to me at all. Another dealership has stepped in to help me and I’ll be doing business with them from now on. More
I recently purchase a new Genesis GV80 from the dealership and could not be happier. I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle arrived in a timely manner, especially given the supply chain disrupt dealership and could not be happier. The entire sales process went very smoothly thanks to my sales person, Brandon West. His customer service was impeccable, and much to my surprise, my experience in the Finance Office was hassle free. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. More
