I can’t say enough for this dealership! Everyone I met , from the concierge, to the general manager, to Justin in finance made an effort to come in and say hi and made me feel welcomed. I’d like to say my salesman, RickyBanegas , went above and beyond to make my car buying experience an awesome experience. He took the time to explain everything in detail and found me the car of my dreams. His kind, caring manner showed he cares about his customers. No pressure whatsoever so ever, and he made the car buying experience wonderful. After I decided on the vehicle he did everything he could to prepare my car for taking it home. He then sat with me and went over every detail of the car until closing time. If you want a salesman who puts his customers first then Ricky is your man! He even suggested a picture with my granddaughter in front of the car! Great vehicles, friendly dedicated employees and a beautiful showroom puts this Genesis Dealer out front! Super car buying experience! More

The way Hami acted and worked with me throughout the process, it was like I bought a brand new $80,000 car from him. He was quick, respectful and on top of all details.
