I recently went to Genesis of Lake Park' I had a great visit with Jim Consolino and will be leasing a GV70 as soon as he can locate the one I want. Scotty Raul who sold me my Genesis was amazing. If I could give him more starts than 5 I would. So personable and went above and beyond when I had a tire issue. He has kept in touch and offered to help me with anything I needed. He explained so much to me and I feel so lucky to have walked in when I did and he was the salesman who approached me. I highly recommend if you are at this dealership you ask for Scotty. As for the other people I encountered at this dealership so far (in all fairness my car is so new I haven't had it serviced yet) my mother always told me if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything. More

Brought my Genesis in for service and was immediately greeted by a gentleman I found out to be the GM later on. I was in for a recall and they told me 3 hours to repair but ended up being only an hour an greeted by a gentleman I found out to be the GM later on. I was in for a recall and they told me 3 hours to repair but ended up being only an hour and a half. Under promising and over delivering goes a long way. At least with me. Kudos to John the GM and the new service kid for valuing my time. Great job guys! More
