BEWARE - Napoleon Genesis on Northlake ripped me off! I bought a 2021 Genesis G80 in December 2022 The car had 12000 miles - they told me that they add a $8995 market adjustment to new cars but they I bought a 2021 Genesis G80 in December 2022 The car had 12000 miles - they told me that they add a $8995 market adjustment to new cars but they wouldn't because the car was a demo model soI paid full sticker price of $58 000 thinking I was saving $8995 2 weeks later I'm in California and I see brand new G80's selling for $55 000 with no premium added I immediately go back to Napleton Genesis on Northlake to complain They were rude to me & even mocked me when they found out I was a Christian by telling me "What would Jesus do?" - I replied - "Jesus would be honest & He would not try to rip people off" My salesman was Jake And I spoke to the GM John who was rude & hostile to me BEWARE!! More
