Regular service which was fine, they also took care of a seat belt recall which was great! We had made the service department aware that the fuel door was not opening and it had to be repaired. We dropped the car at 11am and it was done at 530pm, we had to call twice to see when it would be done which was irritating. When we got there, we were told the actuator was bad and they had ordered the part. No kidding, we said it was not working when we set up the appointment, you could not order the part before the appointment? Told us the mechanic could not get the fuel door open, car was almost out of gas, very nice situation. I got it open myself, fueled the car and we drove back to Savannah. Going back for a follow up this week, hopefully this gets fixed and does not take all day. Seems to be a disconnect with those setting up the appointment and the service department. When we dropped the car off, they didn’t seem to know anything about the gas door issue. Knew then it was not getting fixed that day. More
Transmission problems started on trip and car towed to Hyundai in Hardeeville, SC.. I did not feel welcomed at this dealership. Car was there week and half and still not looked at. The issue is timeliness. To schedule my G90 for service required more than seven weeks for a simple repair which was not corrected. I have not had a grea experience . I brought the car in in end of February for a bad motor on mirror. They didnt have it in stock. I waited 2 months for a call part was in When I called at first was told didnt have part. Then after questioning they did have part. I asked why no one called to let me know she didnt know. Then she told me it would be 5 weeks before they could schedule the appointment. Mickey had told me it would need to be painted. I made the appointment. Went in on that date dropped car off and was called 2 hours later to inform me the part needed to be sent out to be painted. It would take 2 days! I had to go back and pick up car. It took Mickey at least 5 days to contact me that mirror was back. Now need to take car back again! More
