My car had a serious mechanical issue, and the dealership did everything they could to repair it quickly. Nonetheless,it took a month to sort things out ( without a loaner) and I attribute the delays to a t did everything they could to repair it quickly. The dealership is not to blame, and I commend Jessica and Mickey for persisting with Genesis to solve the issues. More

I bought new tires about a month ago. I must have picked up a nail because one of the tires went nearly flat. Although the sales process went fairly soothly, after the sale has been disappointing to say the least. After multiple calls to finance not being returned I spoke to Josh in finance who promised to resolve my issue. I received a check a couple of weeks ago for roughly half of what I was expecting. Three calls to Josh for an accounting of the discrepancy have not been returned. Very unhappy about the lack of follow up. Also service department appointments are booked 45-60 days out so if you have issues with your vehicle you will have to wait. More
2nd time car was on the shop for phone charger repair/replacement. Part still does not work. When I called repairman finally said it’s a design problem- it will not work on an IPhone with 3camera repair/replacement. Part still does not work. After struggling with our local Genesis dealership for 7 months trying to get some minor issues fixed on our new GV80, I took our car to Genesis of Hilton Head for regular service and to fix the lingering p months trying to get some minor issues fixed on our new GV80, I took our car to Genesis of Hilton Head for regular service and to fix the lingering problems. Upon arriving, my car was taken in promptly and I waited in a comfortable waiting area with snack and beverages, WiFi and TV. Mickey, the Service Advisor, was very professional and courteous. The vehicle had automatically started a software update that delayed completion of the service, but Mickey kept me informed about it. When the service was completed, I took the car out for a drive. I had some questions and came back to the dealership. Mickey went out in the car with me and addressed my concerns. The good news is that all the issues were resolved. Today's visit to Genesis of Hilton Head was the best car service experience I've had in recent memory (10+ years or more). The drive from Brunswick was inconvenient, but it was well worth it! Also, I got telephone numbers for the service staff while I was there. I would suggest they make these numbers more accessible to their Genesis customers as not all of the call center staff are aware of how they want to handle their Genesis customers. More
