Mickey in service took me in and put the computer on the car and found a number of issues. I needed my car to get to the airport as I was marked to wait. He offered a dealer car, but as I told him, I wouldn car and found a number of issues. I needed my car to get to the airport as I was marked to wait. I had my first annual service to my GV70 today and the experience was smooth as can be! The service area was beautifully clean, I was checked in quickly and efficiently and on my way in no time. The com experience was smooth as can be! The service area was beautifully clean, I was checked in quickly and efficiently and on my way in no time. The communication was spot on and my service advisor, Brett, kept me informed and I was back to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day with no issues. My car was sparkling clean inside and out when I picked it up. I will most definitely be back. More

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Brought my 2023 GV70 in for service, since I was driving past dealership to go home. Issued a new loaner and was on my way within few minutes…. My car had a serious mechanical issue, and the dealership did everything they could to repair it quickly. Nonetheless,it took a month to sort things out ( without a loaner) and I attribute the delays to a t did everything they could to repair it quickly. Nonetheless,it took a month to sort things out ( without a loaner) and I attribute the delays to a total lack of support by Genesis ( corporate) for their dealerships, and by extension, for their customers. The dealership is not to blame, and I commend Jessica and Mickey for persisting with Genesis to solve the issues. More
