I'm hearing impaired. I do email only. I'm 100% sure you can find my email. Read my Better Business Bureau complaint. It's all right there. I have no time for your shoddy dealership. I've wasted 3 full days there and you're requesting I waste more, for the SAME issue (to get nowhere)?? Not happening. This is above you now. As in, Attorney General above you. I don't even understand how the dealership is still in operation. Actually, it's not, unless it's to sell, sell, sell, of course.
