Well to my surprise I was educated on the fact that Hyundai keep their value really well. I ended up getting a new 2013 Elantra which is wayyyy more than I expected I could afford! Jamar and Kelly were so knowledgeable about their cars and helped me every step of the way. They were also very sincere, patient and considerate. They also didn't pressure me into anything. The facility was very clean, fresh and new and their inventory was wonderful. I absolutely love my new car and I'm comfortable with my payments. Kelly and Jamar went over and beyond what I expected! Jamar even recommended an insurance agent and helped me establish my own insurance policy before I left the lot! I, as with most new car buyers, came into the buying experience with a preconceived notion of how the process would go. I can honestly say that Eric Krumm and Weldon Streeter demolished that notion wit experience with a preconceived notion of how the process would go. I can honestly say that Eric Krumm and Weldon Streeter demolished that notion with responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge. They understood what I wanted, didn't try and sway me in different directions and made the process stress-free. Eric's responsiveness in e-mail communication allowed for us to walk in and drive away in a few hours. Weldon listened to things we only mentioned once or twice. As an example, we test drove two different models and commented about our color preference while driving the first. We ended up buying the second model as it had everything we preferred including the color because Weldon listened. Not that big of a deal, but the little things are what determine great customer service. The Sonata has great technology, but even better I knew how to work everything because of Weldon's review. In the end I ended up with the car I wanted, at a great price and without much time out of a busy schedule. The dealership is first-rate. I'm even looking forward to going out of my way for my first oil-change to enjoy the warm atomosphere and great customer waiting area! More
