I started my car search online and was contacted promptly by Kelly Sullivan by phone about trying to meet up to see some cars. The day I finally made it into the dealership, Kelly was busy with another customer (I had waited til late in the day to go so it wasn't her fault) so Ryan Zimmerman became my salesperson. I was weary at first as to being passed around since Kelly already knew all the information I wanted in a car, etc. I was pleasantly surprised when Ryan patiently inquired about what I was looking for in a car and what Kelly and I had been discussing. Ryan walked me around the lot and let me test drive cars I was interested in. Ryan never answered a question that he did not know the answer to which was refreshing. He made sure to get the answer for us so as to not tell us false information. I had a great few days working with Ryan and feel completely happy with the decision I made. Ryan was patient, kind, knowledgable, honest, and hard working. He made me feel comfortable and was available for me during "off hours" if I had other questions and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, I would happily lease/buy again from Mungenast Hyundai and Ryan in particular. I did my research and decided I wanted a new Sonata. I saw the online reviews for all the St. Louis Hyundai dealers, and Mungenast was the best by far. And I kept seeing Kelly Sullivan's name come up as a great salesperson. It wasn't the closest dealership to me, and I was a little reluctant to drive the 30 minutes. But I finally decided dealing with a reputable dealer was more important than a little extra time. So I shot Kelly an email. She called me back promptly, got me a quote for what I wanted by email, and set up a time for me to come in. Once I got there, she showed me all my different options, let me test drive several cars, and helped me find exactly what I wanted. She is not pushy in any way. Just very helpful. She spends the time needed to get the job done, and goes out of her way to help. Everyone else I dealt with was friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the whole operation. Ryan was very eager to answer all the questions we had about the purchasing process and also very patient with us even when we asked the same question more than once. We've purchased cars before and have known the experience to be a long and stressful time. But our time at Munganast was not long and drawn out. Ryan was so friendly with us that we discovered we had a mutual friend. But he never lost his professionalism. When it's time for us to get another car we will eagerly come back to this dealership because they seem to be very concerned about the happiness and satisfaction of the customer. After searching online for the right 2013 Santa Fe Sport, I found two. One of them was at Mungenast Hyundai in Hazelwood, MO. I cruised through the lot looking for the vehicle I found on their site, and fo I found two. One of them was at Mungenast Hyundai in Hazelwood, MO. I cruised through the lot looking for the vehicle I found on their site, and found it far in the back behind the store. That's where I met Ryan, who walked all the way out there to greet me. Within 10 minutes, we were driving the vehicle. Ryan didn't force me to follow any prescribed test route. During the drive, he shared some details about the vehicle's features, used the time to ask questions about me, and shared a little about himself and why he's selling cars. Upon return to the dealership, Ryan offered to let me drive other models. Once the right vehicle was chosen, we started talking about the deal. Hours elapsed, and Ryan kept working with his management to help the deal. He shared his cell phone charger to power-up my phone, shared his own cell phone to enable me to make a call, and even blew up balloons to help keep my young daughter pacified. In the end, I was given a deal I felt good about, and the level of service throughout the deal was consistently great. I can easily recommend Mungenast Hyundai and, in particular, Ryan Zimmerman, to others who seek to buy a new or used vehicle. More

We had been to a competing dealer and they didn't seem too interested in dealing with us, so we thought we would try Mungenast just to see if the problem was with the deal we were wanting or if it wa seem too interested in dealing with us, so we thought we would try Mungenast just to see if the problem was with the deal we were wanting or if it was the salesman at the other dealer. We were totally surprised when we left that night with the vehicle we wanted and the deal we were looking for! Charlie Sutton was wonderful. He asked what we were looking for , we told him and he said "I think I can do that, give me a minute." He came back a few minutes later and asked if we wanted white or silver and they brought up the car that we ended up taking home that night! He did not try to pressure us into a deal we weren't comfortable with. He was very thorough in explaining the various functions on the vehicle and made sure we had all our questions answered accurately. He even stayed until after 11:00 that night and had to be back in at 9:00 the next morning. Andrew in finance was also very helpful, and did not try to pressure us into add-ons that we did not want. He also had to stay late to get us taken care of. All of the people we met there were very helpful and friendly. I tell everyone I know to go to Mungenast Hyundai for a great deal and a great buying experience. More
