Staff, specifically John Plumley and Lou Ann Sutton, searched other dealerships for specific colors and options without hesitation ended up buying a car on the lot). There was no haggling with the price, which was awesome and a friendly change from the usual "dreaded negotiating". Did not have one single complaint! Even the financing aspect and finance guy (can't remember his name), was friendly and knowledgeable. Dealership itself was very clean and everyone had a smile on their face.
