Great experience We had originally be looking for. 370z but my wife found a 2013 Genesis coupe CPO at the dealer. I messaged through the website and Kelly Sullivan r We had originally be looking for. 370z but my wife found a 2013 Genesis coupe CPO at the dealer. I messaged through the website and Kelly Sullivan responded almost immediately. This was around 8am on a Thursday. Kelly was awesome to deal with. We did a lot of the conversation by text and never once did I doubt Kelly's honesty or integrity. At one point her manager Barry Brash was also involved and he was also great to deal with. We ended up at the dealer Thursday evening and Barry and my wife covered what Kelly and I discussed. After a short test drive my wife was sold on the car. Our credit union had a approved at a lower rate than the system would let the finance manager give us. They actually made the effort to reach out to our credit union the next day and get this corrected. It was over a 2% difference. Might not seem like much but that extra effort on their part saved us over $30 a month. Everyone we dealt with or met during our two visits to the dealership were great to deal with. More

Mungenast changed my views on car dealerships! First and foremost, I would like to applaud the great customer service we received at Mungenast. Each and every employee we came across was polite an First and foremost, I would like to applaud the great customer service we received at Mungenast. Each and every employee we came across was polite and had a smile on their face. Secondly, and more importantly, I would like to thank you for the amenities in your dealership. My husband and I had to bring our 2 year old son with us for the lease transaction, and he does not keep still, as you can imagine. Not only do you have nice restroom facilities with a place to change him, but you have an office that serves as a family room with toys inside. We were able to conduct the lease transaction and paperwork inside of this office, while keeping my son entertained and not disturbing your other customers. Our salesman, Bob Jordan was great and highly recommended, but even more so, our finance officer, Jim Foley was amazing. My husband and I just leased a vehicle for myself from a nearby Kia dealership prior to this lease purchase and the finance officer was incredibly pushy and tried to bully us into purchasing extras at the end after repeatedly declining. Jim was easy going, and made the paperwork part quick and painless. Overall, I will highly recommend Mungenast to anyone I know, and I am looking forward to bringing my future business back to your dealership! More
