Too bad the service department ruined my experience I bought a new 2017 Tuscon a few months ago and could not have been happier with the sales team. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been ruined I bought a new 2017 Tuscon a few months ago and could not have been happier with the sales team. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been ruined by the service department. I have never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully at an establishment. Conveniently, every time I call and ask for a manager no one is available and after leaving many messages no one has ever bothered to call me back. This has made it quite obvious to me that they do not care about customer satisfaction in the least, and obviously I am not valued as a customer. Because of this, I sorely regret my decision to purchase a car from this dealership and will sing from the rooftops for everyone to stay FAR AWAY. More
