An excellent buying experience!!! My wife and I decided it was time to trade in our Town and Country Van for a SUV. We wanted to explore the possibility of buying a Hyundai, Santa Fe. My wife and I decided it was time to trade in our Town and Country Van for a SUV. We wanted to explore the possibility of buying a Hyundai, Santa Fe. We had decided to explore various dealerships in order to feel confident that we were buying the SUV from the best dealer at the best price. When we walked into Napleton, we were greeted by the salesman, Weldon Streeter, who could not have been more friendly or professional in his interaction with us. We did not feel pressured or rushed during the process. It appeared his main goal was to explain in detail, the various options and alternatives that were available in purchasing a Santa Fe. After spending time with Weldon, and reviewing pricing and options, we felt confident that we could make a decision and would not need to visit other dealerships. We left Napleton and told Weldon we would consider his offer. On the way home, my wife and I decided that we would not be able to find a more professional dealership that could offer a better price on the Santa Fe. The next morning we returned to Napleton and purchased the Santa Fe from Weldon. Our experience with Weldon and everyone at Napleton was excellent. Jerry Anzalone More

The painless car buying experience. I had been in quest of a used Matador Red Mica Lexus ES 350 with a flaxen interior with low mileage for a reasonable price. There were times I felt perhaps I should just settle since a ton of time had gone by without a match. Then it happened. To my surprise the car wasn't located at a Lexus dealership but at Napleton Hyundai. Go figure! On my way to the dealership I managed to get lost. My GPS gave me a bum steer. I contacted Napleton and was given accurate directions to the showroom by Billy Strasser. Billy also stayed late to show me the car. I came back the next day for an extended test drive. The car was just what I wanted. The deal went smoothly. Billy and Jimmy, the sales manager, made the whole buying process painless and even fun. The cashier, Shannon, was a maestro at orchestrating the documents signings and financial arrangements. I would recommend checking this dealership out for your next new or used car.
