Had a guaranteed offer for my trade in from Carmax and Napleton could not match it. That was fine, but when I showed them the official offer, they still kept pushing me to take their offer which was MUCH Napleton could not match it. That was fine, but when I showed them the official offer, they still kept pushing me to take their offer which was MUCH less that CarMax. REPEATEDLY, I told them if they could not match the offer, that I was not interested. They kept needling me and then they ganged up on me, salesman and sales manager. That really pushed mo over the edge. I wanted my keys back and had to ask them several times for that too. I finally left and as I was pulling out, the sales manager came running up to me with the offer I originally showed them which they finally agreed to give me. By that time, I was irritated and left. VERY unprofessional and not customer friendly. Too bad Mungenast doesn't own this Hyundai dealership. I will never do business with Napleton Hyundai again! More
