I had a great experience a Napleton Hyundai. I was assisted by Khaled. He listened to what I wanted and really paid attention to my priorities. tried to buy a car but they couldn't manage to take my money Tried to buy a used, certified pre-owned vehicle (2017 Hyunda Santa Fe) from Hazelwood, MO dealer via phone/internet from Chicago, but they couldn't m Tried to buy a used, certified pre-owned vehicle (2017 Hyunda Santa Fe) from Hazelwood, MO dealer via phone/internet from Chicago, but they couldn't manage to be organized enough to sell me the car. *Thursday: I agreed to buy the car at online price but they said The "Napleton experience" listed at $1,599 would be discounted at $899 for me. I refused. *Friday: they called me and said the Napleton Experience would be $450. I agreed. Paperwork came in with $797 for Napleton experience (coded as VSP) and a VSS charge of $289 which I was told would be removed. I told them to honor the deal, but they said the $450 was a mistake and they could only do $797 (this was via text message). *Saturday: email from general manger saying he wants to help earn my respect and business; I reply he can do so by honoring the deal we made. No reply. *Monday: Internet department calls asking about my interest in car..I give overview of situation and say if I hear from them by 5 (this was 2pm) we could work something out. They never contacted me. Over the course of 6 days I dealt with 7 different people, none of whom were knowledgeable about my situation or previous interactions. What started as a good deal turned into a disaster of too many people, lack of communication, and questionable ethics. The kicker is that I would've bought the car with the $797 Napleton experience pricing but they couldn't get their act together enough to discuss the deal. In retrospect, the car's been on the lot for 58 days and they lost a cash buyer because they couldn't figure out how to take my money. I went running to CarMax and couldn't be happier. More

The afternoon I was scheduled to go to the dealership, I received an email advising me that the vehicle that I selected would be gassed, cleaned and ready when I arrived. Jon greeted me at the door and welcomed me to the dealership. He was honest and very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase. The process from test drive to signing to delivery was a smooth process. I especially appreciated that he programmed my satellite radio stations and reset the automatic locks on the doors. I will definitely refer friends and family to Jon so that he can provide them with excellent customer service too. More

Overall the experience was very good. It is always annoying to haggle the price, but that's to be expected. My only real complaint was that their car wash was broken, so the car hadn't been washed whe annoying to haggle the price, but that's to be expected. He provided us all of the options on the models of Palisade as we were set on test driving and purchasing one. We ended up preordering one and when it came in he even came in on his day off to process the paperwork and go over the entire car and helped us set it up. Khaled was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His customer service is above none that we have ever experienced in purchasing a car.
