Tried buying a vehicle from here that they posted online but every time I called, I got sent to a voicemail. Left a message and after 3 days still had not received a call back. Continued calling, all day Friday since I was trying to purchase a car before the weekend and finally got ahold of the sales manager, Jimmy Dolan. The guy was an absolute xxx. I expressed my issue of not being able to contact anyone, that I was trying to get my financing in order with my bank before driving 4 and a half hours and the dude didn't care. He said "well you're talking to me now" with an attitude and eventually hung up on me. I told him that I got pre-approved for the amount they were asking but then he tried adding another fee that was never discussed. I tried calling him again to figure out what that fee was and couldn't get ahold of him again. When I finally did get ahold of him, I expressed my concerns and I was hung up on again. I sent him an email, requesting a call back and he responded to the email saying that he would call me when he was finished with the customers in front of him or just converse with me through email. He refused to negotiate, refused delivery (even though the post stated that delivery was available), refused to work with me and would not answer or return several calls. Lost my business! More

Worst dealership experience I have ever had! Let's start with Jon Scruggs. He was pushing me the whole time on how the car is almost sold to another party and how "someone from Kansas City is co Let's start with Jon Scruggs. He was pushing me the whole time on how the car is almost sold to another party and how "someone from Kansas City is coming to look at the car Monday so you need to buy it now". I was planning on going back in to make a deal on the car, but my wife didn't feel comfortable going into the dealership since she was 38 weeks pregnant and the whole COVID-19 going around. With that said, I told Jon that I would like to try and make a deal over the phone. I guess that wasn't good enough for Mr. Scruggs as he still insisted on me coming in and had the nerve to say "well if that was my wife I would tell her tough, and go in anyway". Who the xxxx says that to a customer! I didn't tell him that I had him on speaker phone and she heard what he said. It took Jon over three hours and many phone calls to make a deal over the phone. Funny how urgent he was for me come buy the car but it took that long for him to get back with me on making a deal and it even took to the next business day for him to send over the agreement contract. Now onto the manager Terry Scales who was pretty good except for the fact that he lied to me saying that he knew the previous owner and how he was an older gentlemen who also had some other nice cars and took very good care of his vehicles. Well when I finally got the title in the mail and looked up the previous owner, it was some younger kid. I'm not mad who the previous owner was, just mad that Terry lied to me. And one final thing, when I got the paper work for the car in the mail, it said that the state inspection was in the glove box. Of course it wasn't and I'm not about to drive an hour back to this terrible dealership to get it. Oh, and one thing they won't tell you until the end is that $900 is tacked onto every car for the "Napleton Experience". Just an all around bad experience. More

I had the privilege of working with Khaled to lease my new car. I hardly had any knowledge about Hyundai vehicles but he had absolutely no problem explaining everything to me. The entire staff at this office was attentive and kind, I left feeling like I made the right choice and my family is so excited to have our new vehicle.
