All I could see is my clients destroying these beautiful seats. I went back to express my concern & they took care of it by reupholstering it free of charge & through in all-weather mats. They really care about your satisfaction. More

Overall dealership experience fell a little flat: advertised price different than price presented upon arrival (advertised price did not reflect dealer add ons...grrr!). Also had one too many "this is the best we can do" back and forths (always expect a couple, but that was exhausting). I would still consider this dealership in the future, but would go in with eyes a lot more open... And only if Brittany was our sales rep... The business advertised a vehicle that I chose to purchase at the price of $15,500. I arranged transportation and financing in order to purchase this vehicle. Prior to leaving Tennessee to travel to purchase at the price of $15,500. I arranged transportation and financing in order to purchase this vehicle. Prior to leaving Tennessee to travel to Missouri in order to complete the purchase with cash and a check from my financing in hand I received a call from the dealership saying that they required an additional 2000 plus dollars in order to pay for a hundred and fifty point inspection and a security feature that they decided to add to the product without my consent or knowledge. They claim there is disclosure on the 2nd web page however the price clearly shown on the primary site was $15,500. On a third-party website the vehicle was advertised at $15,500 and as having a towing package. It does not. So in my opinion they have falsely advertised this vehicle two different ways. I am willing to pay $15,500 for the vehicle as it is fair and equitable and it is the price at which it was advertised. At this point because my transportation to Missouri is no longer available they would have to deliver it to me at their cost. It is obvious that this was a baiting advertising tactik and merits action by the Better Business Bureau and the state attorney's office and consumers should be wary of any dealings with this company. More
