My husband and I were in the need of trading in our two vehicles for two good used vehicles. We were greeted by Charlie and he worked with our family to get us what we needed. Charlie was such a kind and vehicles for two good used vehicles. We were greeted by Charlie and he worked with our family to get us what we needed. Charlie was such a kind and trusting man and we did not have to think twice about buying our cars through him. He was very patient working with us and our children. My son still talks about him. ;) The overall experience here was great thanks to Charlie. We highly recommend this dealership along with Charlie Sutton. More

I relocated to St. Louis for work and I needed a new car quick. Unfortunately, the combination of shopping for a new vehicle, looking for an apartment in a strange city, and starting a new job was making me quick. Unfortunately, the combination of shopping for a new vehicle, looking for an apartment in a strange city, and starting a new job was making me feel overwhelmed. Dave Mungenast Hyundai was the third dealership I visited and I knew immediately that I would buy my car from them. The service was great and the people were respectful. The difference between them and the other dealerships I checked out was like night and day. At Dave Mungenast, the salesman I worked with (Charlie Sutton) was patient and friendly - he answered all my questions and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I left the dealership happy and VERY satisfied. I didn't feel pressured at all. If you need a new car, don't waste your time going anywhere else. I had a very good expierience at your dealership. We were greeted promptly and were able to look at the cars that I had found on the internet to look at. Charles was very knowledgeable about the cars th were greeted promptly and were able to look at the cars that I had found on the internet to look at. Charles was very knowledgeable about the cars that I looked at I did not at all feel pressured into bying the car. I did go and look atother cars at other dealerships but in the end the car I wanted ended up being the Mazda 6 iTouring - and it was a great price too. I also enjoyed the fact that I was allowed to have the car for the weekend even though all of the paperwork wasn't done. The paper work was also taking care of quickly and easily. More

They began working on my car when I arrived for my appointmenr; no waiting. The tech took the time to explain what was wrong and didn't talk down to me.
