This was one of the smoothest car deals I've ever had. Came in and literally spent less than 10 minutes at the table and we came to a deal on a 2010 Veracruz. I absolutley love this dealership. I have owned many vehicles and have dealt with many dealerships. Mungenast stands well above all those other dealerships without a doubt. That in itself is a huge bonus. Everyone there are all so friendly and really go all out to make sure I am satisified with every aspect of my vehicles. This is a top notch dealership in all facets. From sales, to financing to service, and even parts. Service is very important to me because I believe in service after the sale and so does Mungenast Hyundai. I love having my vehicles washed and vacuumed each time I bring them in for servicing. I have 2 vehicles that are and 1 that will be serviced by Mungenast. It doesn't matter on the make of the vehicle either... they know their stuff and are able to help me with the upkeep of my vehicles. They do follow-up calls after every service that is performed. I have never had to voice a concern about my experiences. I have always been treated extremely well by this dealership. I actually get excited to see the people at Mungenast because I feel like we know each other. The people there are very personable. They care and it shows.
