I had the most wonderful car buying experience this week at Mungenast Hyundai. Patrick Nangle was the young salesman that I dealt with in purchasing my new 2011 Venetian Red Sonata. I felt so at ease working and talking with him. Even after my first encounter with him on Monday, I left feeling like I had known him for years. He has great people skills. And on top of that, he really knows his car stuff. In all the years I've been buying cars, I've never encountered a salesman like him before. I feel and know that I got a really good deal on my car too and that's what really counts. He made the car buying experience so comfortable and easy for me. And what's really strange is I was only at the dealership that day to have an oil change. I had been seriously looking for a new car a few months ago (for a Nissan, Volkswagen, Hyundai), but decided to lay off getting one for another couple of months. Patrick (whom I'd never met or seen before), entered the waiting room where I was sitting and he just started up a conversation with me. He offered to look at my car, run up some numbers on a new car and I didn't even have to leave the waiting room. He's such a go-getter. I've never noticed that before with other salesmen. Anyway, the rest is history and I now have a beautiful new red Sonata. Juanita More

My experience in buying my Hyundai Sante Fe at Mungenast was the best experience I have had when buying a car. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have friends who went to other dealers and were told to bring their husbands with them and they could test drive a car I felt comfortable negotiating a price. The customer service was great. When the price was to high Charlie emailed me on a daily basis with the deals he was trying to get me.Then I named the price it had to be for me to purchase it and he got high Charlie emailed me on a daily basis with the deals he was trying to get me.Then I named the price it had to be for me to purchase it and he got me a loan for only 4 dollars a month over what I ask. This dealership worked with me to get me out of a really shady deal I got stuck with a couple years prior. They didn't take advantage of my situation and still gave me a great price. They were patient with me while I searched around for all kinds of financing options to get myself the best deal. (You could say I was a little paranoid after the previous experience elsewhere) They even held the car for me for a couple days while I shopped around, and when I was finally ready they were waiting with open arms to help me. I can't tell them how appreciative I am for all their help, and their HONESTY. It was so good to see that there are still honest dealerships out there. If you go in, ask for John Hawkins. He'll take care of you and treat you how you should be treated. Thanks guys, you're awesome! More

The entire staff truly worked as a team, from the Sales Manager, who greeted me at the door and introduced me to my knowledgeable salesman Jay, to Trudy, the financial rep, everyone made me feel as if they had MY best interest in mind. I recommend them over ANY dealer in the St. Louis area. And, yes I love my Genesis. More
