Bob was terrific. I purchased a used car with no warranty and as we drove it home from the dealership we discovered that the inside dash lights were not functioning. Charlie, my sales guy, was terrific. Took the time to let me test drive, and answered my numerous questions. When he didn't know an answer, he was quick to check with someone with the expertise to get m let me test drive, and answered my numerous questions. When the color of car I wanted wasn't readily available, he ensured I knew how long it would take, then ensured when I switched my car color on the order that he found one within 24 hours...fantastic. This really made my decision to purchase from this dealership very easy. During the closing of the sale John had to attend to another customer and Charlie Sutton stepped right in to answer any questions I may had and also took the time to go over all the Hyundai Sonata had to offer.
