Having already visited one local Hyundai dealer with their high-pressure, false promise filled sales pitch designed to just put me in a car, not the car I wanted, I went over to Mungenast and sat down w their high-pressure, false promise filled sales pitch designed to just put me in a car, not the car I wanted, I went over to Mungenast and sat down with Ron Payne to discuss the new 2011 Hyundai Elantra, By comparison, Ron was a breath of fresh air. He was courteous, professional, no-pressure and straight forward. He was honest about what my trade-in was worth, worked with me to get a deal for the car we were both happy with, and made the deal happen because he was everything a car salesman should be but most of the time are not. I have had one service appt to fix an alignment issue, and the service department was efficient and responsive, and provided me a loaner so I wasn't put out of service for too long. All in all I have been pleased with Mungenast Hyundai, They are good people there. And Ron was truly a good person to work with. Do yourself a favor if you are researching Hyundai dealers, go talk with the Mungenast folks. you wont be stuck in a cubicle with them for 2 hours while they throw every high-pressure sales tricks at you, you will be having a nice conversation with them that hopefully results in your getting a nice new car. I was in the market for a Indigo Blue 2011 Sonata 2.0T Limited and the level of service Charles and Jaime Decker provided was great. I drove all the way across the state of Missouri just to do business with them. I tried 3 different Hyundai dealers in Kansas City who all just wanted to sell me a car out of their stock. Mungenast Hyundai went well out of there way to organize a dealer trade to get me the exact color, model and options that I was looking for and sold me the car for well under what any dealer in KC was willing to do. Even when there was a mix up doing the dealer trade, Mungenast Hyundai provided me a different Sonata to drive while they fixed the error and then brought my car all the way to Kansas City to switch them out. The staff at the dealer is friendly and willing to set you up with what you want, no matter what it is. I got tired of dealing with other dealerships that were unwilling to work with me on getting the vehicle; Mungenast Hyundai is hands down best Hyundai dealer in Missouri. More

Bob was terrific. I purchased a used car with no warranty and as we drove it home from the dealership we discovered that the inside dash lights were not functioning. I expected a fight to get this fixed but and as we drove it home from the dealership we discovered that the inside dash lights were not functioning. Charlie, my sales guy, was terrific. Took the time to let me test drive, and answered my numerous questions. When he didn't know an answer, he was quick to check with someone with the expertise to get m let me test drive, and answered my numerous questions. He was extremely personable and went out of his way to ensure I got the best deal available. When the color of car I wanted wasn't readily available, he ensured I knew how long it would take, then ensured when I switched my car color on the order that he found one within 24 hours...fantastic. Additionally, I had extremely positive experiences with both Jaime Decker (very very personable) and with Trudy Brandt. All in all it was an exceptional experience and I would definitely "do a deal" with this group again. More
