I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and my daughter started going to school in early August at St. Louis University. With the perceived high demand for this car, we had to start negotiations with St. Louis dealers remotely in early July rather than buy the car during my 4-day stay at the end of July when the school session was to begin. I was somewhat nervous about negotiating remotely - buying a car in person can be stressful enough! Dealing with Patrick Nangle at Mungenast Hyundai was like a breath of fresh air! We settled on a price quickly - MSRP with no hidden fees. (Given the high demand for this car, I believe MSRP is very reasonable). The car we were to buy was in transit to the dealership during my stay in St. Louis. However, as my daughter needed a vehicle, Patrick provided a loaner - a new Hyundai Santa Fe! The qualities of Mungenast Hyundai and Patrick Nangle that impressed me were: . Professional approach . Personable style . Honesty and integrity . Focus on customer service I should say that Patrick was very entertaining and funny during the whole buying experience. I highly recommend Mungenast Hyundai! More

This is my 8th new car purchase and was the most low key, non pressured sale I have ever completed. The test drive was a pleasant experience it was hot outside so Charlie pulled the new Ac representative took me right to the car I was interested in. There was no haggling involved because the pricing I was offered was manufactures suggested retail price. No strange or unexplained fees here. More

The other dealers i went to see either no sales people would help me or they took one look at my credit rating and sent me on my way. i came to this dealership, my sales person was Charlie Sutton. He was very nice to me, understood my issues and worked very hard finding a car to suit my needs. He went out of his way to help me out finding the right model of car that will be comfortable for me riding in. Jim Robeshaw in Finance worked hand in hand with Charlie helping me find a car within my budget. Jim was very helpful and gave me good advise for future plans which i appreciate very much. He really worked hard crunching numbers and calling loan companies to get me the car. Both of these gentlemen deserve a GOLD STAR for helping me drive away in my almost new car! i am so excited and grateful for their help in getting me a car i like and can afford. thank you so much!! Wonderful Experience! Great price so we flew from the suburbs of Chicago and drove the car home. Charlie was great to work with. He even picked us up at the airport in our new car! Charlie gave excellent customer service. I met Charlie when I had brought my car in for service. Every time I came in he was very friendly. He showed me the 2011 Elantra one day but I wasn't in the market when I had brought my car in for service. Every time I came in he was very friendly. He showed me the 2011 Elantra one day but I wasn't in the market for a new car at the time. Last time I went in for service a few weeks ago he showed me a car a really liked. I thought about buying it. So I went in to talk with Charlie. I wasn't sure I could afford a new car but Charlie worked with me to get a good price for my trade in. Charlie is very honest and he seems very sincere. He did not put on the pressure he gave me the facts about the car and what my trade in was worth. I am satisfied with the price I got because I know I got the most for my money without any hidden fees. The credit salesman shopped around for a good interest rate for me. Charlie went over all the features on the car and even helped me set up the Blue tooth. I am very happy with my new car and my car shopping experience. More
My wife and I were looking for a new Hyundai Elantra GLS My wife and I were looking for a new Hyundai Elantra GLS (outright purchase, not trade). For those who don't know, they are getting hard to find. My wife and I were looking for a new Hyundai Elantra GLS (outright purchase, not trade). For those who don't know, they are getting hard to find. On our way from SE Missouri (approx. 80 mile drive) we called to ensure they had some in stock. Did they ever! The selection was great, more than the other 'area' dealers and the cost was more on par with what my research said we should pay(vs other dealer sites) When we arrived, ~3pm, an employee greeted us/asked if we had spoken to anybody yet. We told him we spoke to Charlie. He said "Great, I'll let him know you are here." Charlie met us in the lot and asked to help us find a car. We told him the trim, etc that we were seeking. He was knowledgeable of the vehicles in stock and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Charlie got us some keys to test drive a car and then went to help another customer. My wife and I drove the car and decided we had what we came looking for, time for paperwork. Surprisingly, the paperwork was painless as we crunched numbers, aided greatly by the manager, John Cook. After we had penciled an agreement, processes seemed to really slow down. We were there the day after Memorial Day-it seemed like they were really busy, short on staff, or a little of both. We sat for a couple hours while our poor salesman, who now had several customers going at once, seemed to be reduced to a waiter, checking in on the tables he was tending. Once our turn to sign contracts came around- it literally took 30 minutes to finish all of it. The manager, John, who doesn't typically work in financing, was very efficient at moving the process along at that point. At 7:30pm, we were (finally) getting the keys to our new car with a tank of gas and all the trappings of great overall customer service. I think we were all victims of circumstance in regards to how busy they were/how slow the total process went. The only other negative being: I received a phone call the next day from the finance guy who said there was some paperwork business that either didn't get signed, filled out correctly, or something...I'm not sure. As it is an 80 mile drive to get to the dealership, it is going to be inconvenient to make a return trip just for paperwork. Overall, it was a really good experience. Everybody we worked with knew what they were doing and was very nice and helpful. I would recommend the dealership to my family and friends. More
My husband and I went in based upon a quote we received doing some online research concerning the 2011 Hyundai Sonatas. It was right at closing time, but Bob stayed after to make sure we got to test driv doing some online research concerning the 2011 Hyundai Sonatas. It was right at closing time, but Bob stayed after to make sure we got to test drive the vehicle and answer any questions we had. We did not make a decision the first night, but came back (it was Bob's night off) and worked with Charlie to get the vehicle we wanted. We feel we got a good price, and Bob and Charlie were both a pleasure to work with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I was also impressed with the young man they had there that showed us all the little secrets of the tech package. I wish I could remember his name, because I was impressed at not only his knowledge of the car's feature, but his passion for it. They were also fast, which is very important to us, so we definately appreciate the great service. More
