As a result of extensive hail damage which occurred to my Mazda 3, the purchase of a new vehicle unfortunately moved to the top of my priority list. I knew I was not interested in purchasing another Mazda and my mother would always rave about her Elantra. I was leaning toward a Hyundai and because of the positive experiences with Dave Mungenast that my mother had spoken about over the years they were my dealer of choice. Although car buying has never been high on my "like" list, my experience at this dealership was wonderful. From my initial salesman, Tony Lowther, to the sales manager, Eric Krumm, and finally Todd Hale in finance, I felt my business was valued. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly without being pushy and took their time to make sure I was satisfied. Overall this is a dealership I would highly recommend and hopefully will be a long time customer. I purchased the 2012 Elantra and love it! More

I worked with Charlie Sutton to locate the specific car I wanted. Charlie was very thorough in explaing all of the features. He was persistant in contacting me over a 6 week period but never pushy. (I nearly walked out of a different dealership a few years ago in which the finance manager kept hammering me on all of the add-ons I wasn't interested in) More
Heath was fantastic. Told us everything he could about the car we called about prior to us coming to look at it. He was honest in his assesment of the vehicle and was friendly. We came in for service repair on our 2008 Hyundai Sonata and walked away with a new 2012 Hyundai Sonata instead! After seeing the sign that they were in need of 2008 and 2009 Sonata's, my husband inquired and walked away with a new 2012 Hyundai Sonata instead! After seeing the sign that they were in need of 2008 and 2009 Sonata's, my husband inquired about this while waiting for service to diagnose the problem in our 2008. Kelly Sullivan was extremely helpful in helping my husband explore the option of trading in our 2008 for a new 2012. They then called me at work to ask permission to run some numbers (even without running my credit) to see if it's something we'd like to pursue (no pressure). I said yes and then got a call shortly after that with an approximate payment amount and an appraisal on our current vehicle. It was a generous offer for our trade in, so I decided to pursue. I gave Ricky Williams permission to go ahead and run our credit to get approval from the bank. Ricky assured me he would not shop this around to everyone as other dealers had done in the past. He has several key relationships with several banks and would pick the 2 best suited to meet my needs. That made me feel a lot more confident that I was going to get a better rate and won't have to take a huge hit on my credit report. Kelly let my husband drive the vehicle home and pick me up to let me test drive it. We drove back up to the dealership and began the process of signing all the paperwork. It was extremely easy, no-pressure and we got a great deal! Kelly and Ricky were extremely friendly, honest, helpful and pleasant to work with. We had purchased our last Hyundai from Mungenast Hyundai and were pleased with them then and are even more pleased with them now. So happy to see that they are really taking the customer service seriously and making the car buying experience one to look forward to and not one to dread!! Thanks Kelly, Ricky and the whole Mungenast team for working us a deal we couldn't refuse!! I will definitely recommend anyone I know looking for a car to come see you first! More
