I have never had a better care purchase experience then I have had with Charlie Sutton and Kelly Sullivan. They were more then accomodating to me, in finding the new Sonata of my dreams. Apparently the car I picked ended up being a service car, so when I brought it back in to be replaced, I got one with even more bells and whistles! This is my second car leased through Mungenast with Charlie, and I know I will continue to return there and recommend my friends as well!! More

I was trying to get a new car. But they told me due to my credit score isn't good enough (641ish), I cant get that car even lease for it. Eventually, I got that car from other dealer, the price was 2,400 dol credit score isn't good enough (641ish), I cant get that car even lease for it. Eventually, I got that car from other dealer, the price was 2,400 dollar cheaper than the price John and Kelly gave me. And John told me I cant get a car loan but I got a car loan below 9%!!! Anyway, I still keep the text message from Kelly "Sorry-good luck-hope it works out and you get the car for that!!" What a bad sales people and bad service they were. That was a worst attitude from a sales people ever!! More

Charlie Sutton did a great job. He stayed past 9:00pm with us on a Saturday night to go over the cars with us and answer any questions that we had. We purchased a 2012 Tucson & Charlie Sutton was our salesman. I must say that this was the best, by far, of any experience I have had purchasing a vehicle, new or used. I told him what was important to me on the vehicle and he had one for me with a few little extra details. Main thing, it DIDN'T have leather seats, which I DID NOT WANT. Our Santa Fe had them & I never did like them. All personnel at Mungenast were very friendly & one salesman even got water for our dog, who happened to be with us at the time. Again, let me repeat, I cannot say enough nice things about our experience at Mungenast, and it was mainly due to Charlie & his personality. Keep up the good work. More

My family stopped in at this dealership just for a quick look at the new Sonata where we met Greg Kuhn. He came out gave us a little info about the car and left us to browse the inventory which I really lik look at the new Sonata where we met Greg Kuhn. We did not buy a car this day because we were short on time. Greg kept in touch with me for the next 2 weeks giving me updates on their inventory. We knew what car we wanted color options and everything. When 1 hit the lot Greg called me to let me know the was 1 there and they had been selling as quick as they got them in. I headed over to meet with Greg and proceed with the deal. I was very pleased with the trade value that Munganest gave me for my vehicle. The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. Greg did an excellent job taking the time to explain all the options on the vehicle to my wife and making sure she knew how to use every function on the car before we left that day. Right down to sinking the car and her phone together and setting up the all the link up options as well. Overall I was very pleased with the service we received that day from all the employees at Munganest.
