Visited this dealership for buying new Hyundai Elantra as this was the only dealership in town with the in-stock Elantra. The first one was blue colored 2021. It took 25 minutes for sales man to find the car this was the only dealership in town with the in-stock Elantra. The first one was blue colored 2021. It took 25 minutes for sales man to find the car keys and eventually told us that car was already "sold" and he will try to find keys for another one. Finally he found keys for first (blue) and once we got to the car for test drive, lo and behold, its a service loaner with 6000 miles and lots of dust/grit on it, both interior and exterior. So the sales man is nice enough to go on the hunt for 2nd Elantra keys, finds them, we go for test drive, come back, want to buy the car, at which point, the sales manager comes in and tells us he will take it from there. He brings in a printed sheet of paper which has all the prices and addendums listed. ( mind you, there was no mention of addendums on the website price or on the phone call conversation or any conversation up until now with the first sales man). Sticker price , MSRP was 23K and supposedly per website they were selling this car for sticker price. The addendums are like 7K or so above sticker price. They also had transportation/freight charges add on as 1K which actually already were included in sticker price of 23K. Once I pointed that out, they did take out that charge which brought total addendums to 6K. One of the addendums was market adjustment of around 2500K or so. The final price after negotiation was still 3k or so above sticker as certain addendums were "mandatory". At that point after wasting 2 or so of our hours, we left the dealership. Both sales manager and original sales person were nice folks, it would have been much better if they were upfront with us from the start regarding car prices and one of the cars being loaner. Based on overall experience of this "Click Bait" approach, I wouldn't recommend others to go to this dealership for sales. More

They had a 2019 Jeep Cherokee listed for 27,500 on cars.com so I emailed them about it and they promptly called me. After taking some basic info, the guy sent me a link to fill out to appraise the van cars.com so I emailed them about it and they promptly called me. After taking some basic info, the guy sent me a link to fill out to appraise the van we wanted to trade in. My appraisal came back close to what KBB rated it at. So we set a “VIP appointment” for the following Saturday. I was told that it would be a quick process and the salesperson would have our info and the car would be ready to test drive. When we arrived the sales guy that greeted us had no idea who we were and after he talked to the sales manager, he was to take care of us. After taking down the same info I gave the guy on the phone we test drove the car. It was dirty and the oil hadn’t been changed. When we discussed numbers they offered us $7,000 to $9,000 below what had been discussed before for our trade. They also had a long list of dealer add ons that equaled several thousand dollars. We told them no to all of the unnecessary add ons and there was also a maintenance fee for $1600 and the guy said they put over $3000 in work on a 2019 with 19000 miles that is still under factory warranty. So that was a lie. We called their bluff so the sales manager said to “you gotta help me out” by buying the unnecessary add ons that would bring the price up several thousand dollars because the price they listed it at was below retail and was basically saying that he couldn’t sell it to us for what they listed.
