From a service standpoint they always give me the straight story...good or bad. I am now in the market for a new car (the I-30 remains in good enough condition to pass down to my kids) and will be strongly considering an Infiniti from Denville. Trust and service is an advantage they have even though I am only beginning my search for a new vehicle. My car came in for its 37K service, Sue got me in and and out ASAP with a loaner. When I picked up the car they told me that the brakes were vibrating and replaced the front pads no charge under warranty. Th out ASAP with a loaner.
