Tire Replacement I recently started working near this Infiniti dealership and had gotten a flat tire on my first day. I brought my car here for service and although I I recently started working near this Infiniti dealership and had gotten a flat tire on my first day. I brought my car here for service and although I did not purchase my car here I was treated extremely well. Not only did my one flat tire get replaced but Rebecca my service writer had informed me that two other tires had bubbles from potholes and she got them covered under my tire protection. I walked out with 3 brand new tires all covered under my tire warranty thanks to the amazing service at this dealership. Would recommend to anyone. More

Standard Servicing - Oil Change, Wipers, Tire Rotation, etc. Everything was great - from the service to the timing. The price on the other hand was outrageous. Over $500 to get a 2016 leased car with only 17,000 Everything was great - from the service to the timing. The price on the other hand was outrageous. Over $500 to get a 2016 leased car with only 17,000 miles serviced. The service provided was routine checks and maintenance - oil change, tire rotation, check of brakes, change wiper blades, etc. The is no way this should cost over $500. My lease is 39 months. I only have about half that left. I will not be servicing this car at the dealership again. I want to make clear that the staff at the dealership was excellent and the services performed punctually and as expected. I genuinely think highly of this dealership and my experience leasing my car to the present day. However, $500+ dollars for routine maintenance is not something I will do again. I got two service visits free. However, all routine and recommended servicing on leased cars should be included. Otherwise, I have no incentive to do the bare minimum of getting the oil changed at a quick-stop servicer. I priced the same service at a national provider of such services and it was $250+ less expensive. THat is a significant amount of money. As for the multi-point inspection, it is nice but on an essentially brand new car that is leased, it is ultimately unnecessary. I originally leased my car from Kevin Tonero who I would like to specifically mention as he provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be reaching out to him when I am ready for my next vehicle. He is a great asset to management at Salerno Infiniti. More
I always feel taken care of I’ve had a relationship with Salerno Duane Infiniti for approximately 12 years when I purchased my first vehicle from them (I’m now on my third Infini I’ve had a relationship with Salerno Duane Infiniti for approximately 12 years when I purchased my first vehicle from them (I’m now on my third Infiniti). I have taken all my cars to them for service and always feel very well taken of. Their prices are very reasonable. I even just had my rims refinished with them just recently. They look beautiful and I didn’t leave feeling like I paid anything remotely unreasonable. I’ve worked with Allie Hoffman for years now in the service department. It’s really great having a relationship with her and she’s been a great help to me over the years. Thank you Allie! More
