My experience with Salerno Duane INFINITI of Denville was superb as usual, and I give both the dealership and Allie who helped me five stars. However, in the way of constructive feedback, since I was waitin superb as usual, and I give both the dealership and Allie who helped me five stars. However, in the way of constructive feedback, since I was waiting at the dealership for my car to be serviced (tire replacement and alignment), I could have been better informed about timing. When I asked how long it would take, I was originally told "about an hour." 90 minutes later I checked in, and was told it was almost done. 30 minutes later I asked and said I had a meeting to get to, and Allie rushed the car to me so I could make the meeting. However, this was without the car wash. I said I wanted to wait for the car wash and would take the meeting from the dealership. At this point Allie offered to find me an office in which to take my meeting. Which she did, and I was able to take my meeting successfully from the office, during which my keys were delivered to me. All in all, a very positive experience, although it would be preferred to have ongoing updates if the car is running behind schedule, rather than having to ask for them. More
