This Infiniti dealership is the best dealership I've encountered anywhere. Took my 2022 QX60 in for the 1st service which was an oil change and a tire rotation. Took 3 hours. Then they said it failed the battery load test so they put a new battery in. Well after that I had nothing change and a tire rotation. Took 3 hours. Then they said it failed the battery load test so they put a new battery in. Well after that I had nothing but problems with my electronics. Tailgate wouldn't open or close including with the key fob, took 3 attempts to start my car every time I got in it, remote start didn't work, my seat wouldn't go back when I exited the vehicle, and my electronic parking brake light stayed lit on the dash. Didn't have any problems until I took it in for a service. So I had to call and schedule another service which sucks cause I live an hour away and had to take off of work AGAIN to get this fixed. This time it took about an hour and they said it was a bad fuse. I'm sorry but shouldn't you have checked this the first time it was up there after putting in the new battery?? I don't think I will be coming back to this place again even though I bought it from them. The reason I didn't go back into the dealer the first visit after it didn't start right away was because I thought it was just a fluke or a one time thing but I was wrong. More
