Joe, through no fault of his own, had to ask me if the car was purchased certified because he shared that the transaction was not properly recorded to reflect that fact in the dealer data base. He actually had to ask the sales manager to confirm because he, understandably, couldn't take my word for it. That's a poor customer experience and didn't leave feeling confident that your record would be updated/correced. I hope to be proven wrong at next free service appointment. More
