I go to this dealership specifically because their service team is top notch. Sales - not so much. It’s the level of service that influenced my buying decision. And now Infiniti is getting much service team is top notch. Sales - not so much. It’s the level of service that influenced my buying decision. And now Infiniti is getting much worse with sales by intentionally keeping inventory low so they can gauge you on price. More
