Stay far away from this dealership. Bought 2008 EX35 one year ago and decided to try and trade for FX because of small backseat in EX. Love car otherwise. General manager offered $24,000 on trade-in on fu year ago and decided to try and trade for FX because of small backseat in EX. Love car otherwise. General manager offered $24,000 on trade-in on fully loaded car with 7700 miles worth $31,000 as trade-in on Edmunds, KBB, and other sites. Admitted they scammed me one year ago when they didn't reveal the $5000 rebate offered at that time. Salesman was fine; general manager was terrible, trying to scam me with a numbers game, which basically came down to him trying to keep the $5000 rebate, so I had no option for the 2.99% financing. Why would you buy another Infiniti when they obviously don't hold their value according to dealer's own people? Original salesman wouldn't even return our phone calls. More

Service department is a total ripoff. I went there for several years with my I30 and every time paid hundreds of dollars for overpriced work that was unnecessary and not in the owner's manual (15,000, 30, several years with my I30 and every time paid hundreds of dollars for overpriced work that was unnecessary and not in the owner's manual (15,000, 30,000, 50,000, 70,000 mile services, fuel injections, etc. - they just lump a whole bunch of things together, most of which are not needed and charge you an arm and a leg). One of the best car buying experience I have had for 30 years. <br><br>Very easy to deal with, low key, no pushy sales gimmicks. Quick transaction - complete within 1 hour.<br><br>Highly recommend the people I dealt with. Cant go wrong with Raz and Salerno Duane.<br><br>If this sounds like a commercial plug - it isnt. We have nothing to do with either the salespeople or the dealership till we bought the G35.<br><br>Completely unbiased report.<br><br>Cannot comment on service - have not tried it yet.<br> More
