I was very pleased when i met Perry and his staff. These people treat you like if you were a friend. Very easy to deal and talk with. You dont feel hustled like you do when you visit dealers and they really work with you so at the end you feel comfortable and happy with the purchase you made. Excellent customer service skills and very pleasant attitude Perry has. He made my trip to the dealer worthwhile. After I identified the Infiniti M all-wheel-drive as the right car for my family's needs, I located the perfect one on Salerno Duane Infiniti of Denville's lot using the internet. I cold-called the dealership and Andy Glick happened to answer the call. Andy quickly determined that I was a serious customer who knew what he was looking for. He dispensed with idle sales chat and got directly to the matter. He was incredibly flexible and thoughtful in dealing with a customer coming from Connecticut to see the vehicle. Despite a major snowfall and in the midst of the heavy holiday season, he had the car prepped and ready for my test drive. He had the finance department and all the details lined up to minimize any hassle during the test and the sales experience. He even made accommodations to my three daughters (including an impatient 5-year-old!) so that my wife and I could enjoy the purchasing experience. He worked with David in the Finance Department/Business Office to make sure I received fair financing terms and he followed up with small details to ensure the purchase was finalized appropriately. Thanks to Andy Glick and Salerno Duane, I am driving a certified pre-owned M35x that puts a smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel. I've got a 100,000 mile warranty and an awesome, fun family sedan with all the bells and whistles. Andy took a situation that was quite unfortunate for my wife and I, and he turned it around into a completely positive result. I was completely saitisfied with my sales person, Andy Glick. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Andy was attentive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had I been pressured, I would probably have walked out of the dealership. His knowledge, ease, and sincere desire to find the right vehicle to suit my needs in a non-pressured way, was much appreciated and contibuted to the sale. The finance person, Dave Kasliner, was very detailed and clear about explaining the financing terms. The overall feel of the dealership was friendly, professional and customer service oriented. I'd like to start by saying I had a wonderful experience at Salerno Duane. It began with a phone call from one of their reps, stating that I could get a good trade-in deal for my 2004 Infiniti FX35. Having just figured out that my car was only RWD the hard way, I decided to inquire in person about this trade. Unfortunately, I think I misunderstood as the rep was actually talking about getting a new car. When I came in, however, Tom did not bat an eye. He asked me what I wanted and what I was looking to spend, cautioning me about extra fees and taxes that would potentially increase the price. This made setting a price point fairly easy, as I knew exactly what I would have to pay. Salerno Duane Infiniti mainly deals with new purchases it seems, as their used car selection was moderate. This does not mean that the lot was unappealing, however, as every car was pretty much a gem. Finding the kind of car I wanted was not a challenge. After selecting my car and negotiating, we began to go through the processing of the purchase. This went fairly smoothly, even though I had some issues with paperwork to sort out. Tom V remained patient and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. At the end, he thanked me and I was off with my g35x. Although he showed a lot of gratitude for my purchase, I had the feeling that I was the one being helped as well. A few words about the dealership: It is clean, fancy, and comfortable, as one would expect from a luxury car dealer. The difference one may experience, however, is the humility and friendliness of the staff. Although I did not buy a brand new g37 with the red interior, I felt like I was still treated with the utmost respect and care. For information's sake, I traded in a 2004 FX35 for a 2006 g35x. More

This is probably the 5th Infinity we have owned over 40 years. Our most recent purchase is the FX35. We bought one in 2009 and we purchased a 2011 in December. We asked to have him again. Albeit there is always the bit of trading that goes on, and he has always been extremely pleasant, knows the product he is selling very well, and more than willing to have you come back with questions after your purchase. He does an excellent job. The cars themselves are a pleasure. The service department however is outstanding. It is truly what makes us repeat customers. Alli and Sue have been there a long time and they do an outstanding job. Everyone associated with Salerno/Duane seems to be interested in customer service, which is what differentiates it from other dealerships, no matter what make the car. Karen & John Alofs More
