My car came in for its 37K service, Sue got me in and and out ASAP with a loaner. When I picked up the car they told me that the brakes were vibrating and replaced the front pads no charge under warranty. Th out ASAP with a loaner. Fred was very polite and not "pushy" when we first started looking at cars in the showroom. He was quite knowledgable about all models and suggested we take both cars for a test drive.
