Luis knew his car and the competition and I am generally pleased with the car, but the negotiation felt slimy at best. I had to find my vehicle myself and threaten to go to a different dealer. Paperwork took an hour. Could have been so much better. I won't buy another car there unless I find that their service department is superior at service. More

I walked in to get a better understanding of pricing once my current lease runs out in a few months. They were able to get me into a new car now, keep my car payment the same and give me all the same option my current lease runs out in a few months. My car came in for its 37K service, Sue got me in and and out ASAP with a loaner. When I picked up the car they told me that the brakes were vibrating and replaced the front pads no charge under warranty. Th out ASAP with a loaner.
