I applaud the experience I had with Salerno Duane and especially Tom Verheeck. The showroom is utterly immaculate - easily the most impressive showroom I've had the chance to visit. Tom first impressed me with his phone demeanor and made me feel that he would deliver on all his promises. In person, the open and honest communication continued. Tom looked into every question I had and patiently answered each with a straightforward approach. He never took long to get back to me and ALWAYS addressed my concerns. During the delivery process, Tom took about an hour of his time to walk me through all the car's bells and whistles. Frankly, I find him to be a genuine guy which is a rare benefit to the customer when entering the new car process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Salerno Duane and Tom Verheeck to my family and friends. More

I just returned my 2008 G35 lease car and leased another 2011 G37X car from this dealership and LOVE IT as I was promised!
