I walked into the dealership with 99% certainty that I was not going to purchase an Inifiniti. I had already worked out an acceptable deal with another dealer (not Inifiniti). After calling Luis to let him know that I was going to pass, he was still professional and courteous. I'm now the proud owner of an Infiniti G25X. While I was waiting to finalize my transaction Luis made sure that my car was detailed to perfection. Luis took his time to educate me on the car's features and make sure I was comfortable with everything. I leased a new Infinity G37x Coupe (AWD) from Salerno Duane a few weeks back (Aug. 2011) and I can highly recommend them as a dealer. I was entirely pleased and satisfied with the entire process. Art provided me with quick pricing, which I was very happy with, and answered all my questions. The return of my expired leased M35X was handled very quickly and efficiently and the paperwork on my lease was handled in no time. Plus, I don't think I have ever had anyone go over the aspects of the car then Art did when I picked it up yesterday. He was very thorough and knowledgeable - and I think did a better job than anyone I have ever dealt with before - and I have leased/purchased quite a few cars over the years. This is my second Infiniti (formerly a Lexus customer) and I got the first from them too. So, I knew how good a dealership they are and how great there service department is. Coming back was an easy decision - and my experience yesterday enforced my original opinion - they are a first class dealership. More
Sue greeted me warmly, processed me in and had my car serviced at the exact time scheduled for my maintenance appointment. Clearly explained what would occur. Work was finished right on time, with car cleaned and ready to go. Allie processed me out graciously and efficiently. Charges very reasonable. Allie reminded me when I was due in again for scheduled service and that I should not hesitate to call if any issues ever arise. They never have, since the work is always done correctly the first time. Allie and Sue "get it". That is, they undersand my time is valuable and they work around my schedule to accommodate me. Whenever I speak with them about my car, I feel as though they each have genuine concern that I am to be satisfied with the car and the related service support. More
I will start off by saying that I will NEVER purchase an Infiniti outside of this dealership. The expirience that I had from the first handshake to the last was something that I did not think existed. Jorge Infiniti outside of this dealership. Jorge is one of the most honest people I have ever met, and you do not usually see that in a car dealership. the frst day that I was in, after hearing my situation, Jorge flat out said that it would be nearly impossible to get the car that I was looking at, for the price I wanted it. He ran all the numbers, even showing me how much profit he would make. After talking and running numbers for a little over an hour, I left the dealership empty handed, but satisfied with the honesty that Jorge gave me. The next day I got a message from Terry saying that they have a deal that i may be interested in. when I called back, the first thing out of Terrys mouth was "how did your interview go?" You know you are recieving good customer service, when a car salesman, who is looking to make money, starts off a conversation about a job interview that I had the day before. That really brought this whole deal on a personal level, which I liked. My father and I wound up going to the dealership within that hour, and accepting the deal, which actually was a really good deal. Not only were we satisfied with the deal, we were in and out within a matter of 2 hours. Much thanks to David, who had every singe sheet of paperwork ready to be signed. Overall, I had an EXCELLENT expirience at this dealership and would reccomend them to everyone, not only because of the great deal that I got, but the level of customer service that each and every employee I worked with displayed.
