Climate control fan broken. They got me in the day I called, issued a loaner and completed the work in under two hours including oil change and filters. Have been coming to this dealership since 1991 and this is our 4th Infiniti vehicle. We have been extremely happy with all of them. Allie and Sue (both have helped me over the last 4 years (latest visit was Allie). They are always very accomodating. When I call for an appointment they always give me a close estimate of the cost and time (latest visit was Allie). They are always very accomodating. They are friendly and have a waiting lounge equipped with a large flat screen TV, 2 computers, a variety of complimentary beverages and great fresh bagels. The quality of work is excellent. I always feel like I'm driving a new car home. The work is patiently explained to me and I never feel as if I'm being rushed. I have a round trip of 40 miles. That should sum up my experiences. More
